Subject: [PATCH] x86, mm: fault.c, remove #ifdef from fault_in_kernel_space()

Impact: cleanup

Removal of an #ifdef in fault_in_kernel_space(), by making
use of the new TASK_SIZE_MAX symbol which is now available
on 32-bit too.
