authorBryan O'Sullivan <bos@pathscale.com>

committerRoland Dreier <rolandd@cisco.com>
Fri, 22 Sep 2006 22:22:32 +0000 (15:22 -0700)
When we first submitted a userspace subnet management agent, it was
rejected, so we left it out of the final driver submission.  This patch
removes a number of vestigial references to it.
