IB: rename "dev" to "srp_dev" in srp_host structure

IB: rename "dev" to "srp_dev" in srp_host structure

This sets us up to be able to convert the srp_host to use a struct
device instead of a class_device.

Based on a original patch from Tony Jones, but split up into this piece
by Greg.
